East Taieri School has developed a novel and flexible approach to its library’s space requirements. The library is part of a multipurpose building that also incorporates a staff room, performing arts/ physical education area and assembly hall. This new library has been developed to reflect the school’s philosophy to, “promote children’s academic, social, emotional and recreational development and achievements within a high quality learning environment with the active support of the community.”
