Services to Schools support literacy and learning by delivering programmes and services that aim to:

  • Create engaged and motivated readers
  • Develop skilled users and creators of information
  • Connect young people to their culture and heritage
  • Develop library and information services

We do this by offering a range of services to educators.  Curriculum Services lend over 1.5 million resources to support teaching programmes.  Advisory services offer advice on all aspects of school library development and management as well as providing professional development and targeted programs that support literacy and learning.
